QTalk is a space for helpful community discussion, not professional advice. RatesQ does not author, verify, or endorse content posted by users.

• Be respectful to all community members, regardless of background, experience, or viewpoint
• Post accurate information to the best of your knowledge
• Disclose relevant affiliations (e.g., if you are a mortgage professional commenting on mortgage products)
• Stay on topic and contribute constructively to discussions
• Follow applicable laws in all communications
• Respect other users' privacy and personal information

The following content is strictly prohibited on QTalk:

• Discriminatory content based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• False, misleading, or deceptive statements about mortgage products, rates, or mortgage partners
• Spam, bulk messaging, or unsolicited promotional content
• Content that facilitates illegal activity or violates applicable law
• Personal attacks, harassment, bullying, or threatening language
• Posting another person's private or sensitive information without their consent
• Content containing Social Security Numbers, bank account numbers, or other sensitive financial data
• Guaranteed approval claims or misleading mortgage comparisons
• Impersonation of any person, company, or regulatory authority
• Copyright-infringing material

RatesQ reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, monitor, moderate, edit, or remove any content posted to QTalk at any time, for any reason, without notice. Removal of content is not necessarily an indication of a finding of wrongdoing. RatesQ may suspend or terminate access to QTalk for users who repeatedly violate these Guidelines.

You are solely responsible for the content you post on QTalk. By posting content, you represent that your post complies with these Guidelines and all applicable laws, and that you have the right to post the content. You grant RatesQ a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and moderate your content on the Platform.
