This compensation may affect how, where, and in what order certain offers, advertisements, partner profiles, or marketplace content appear, except where prohibited by applicable law. RatesQ does not include every available mortgage lender, broker, or loan originator in its marketplace. The appearance of a professional on RatesQ does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation.

Some content, profiles, placement positions, or results on the Platform may be sponsored or promoted. Sponsored content is labeled where required by applicable law and FTC guidelines. The presence of a "Sponsored," "Ad," "Promoted," or similar label indicates that a party has paid for placement or has a compensation arrangement with RatesQ. Sponsored placement does not indicate superiority of service, lower rates, better terms, or endorsement by RatesQ.

Mortgage rates, APRs, monthly payment examples, and other financial figures displayed on RatesQ are provided by independent mortgage professionals for informational purposes only. They are estimates and may not reflect current market rates or the actual terms you may receive.

Mortgage professionals listed on RatesQ pay subscription or marketplace participation fees. The order in which partners appear may be influenced by their subscription tier, platform activity, and other commercial factors, in addition to relevance and quality signals. Higher-appearing placement does not indicate that a partner offers better rates, terms, or service quality than partners appearing lower or not appearing at all.

RatesQ's editorial content, including educational articles, calculator tools, and consumer guidance, is produced independently and is not influenced by commercial relationships. Advertisers and partners do not review or approve editorial content before publication. However, RatesQ may receive affiliate compensation from links in educational content to third-party services.

RatesQ strives to comply with the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements, testimonials, and disclosure of material connections (16 C.F.R. Part 255). If RatesQ has a material connection to a product, service, or professional featured in Platform content, we will disclose that connection clearly. Advertisers on the RatesQ Platform are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their own advertising content. RatesQ prohibits false, misleading, discriminatory, or deceptive advertising. RatesQ reserves the right to refuse, remove, or require modification of any advertisement that does not comply with our Responsible Advertising Policy or applicable law.
